Sonaar Luthra (CEO) leads the six member team.  He taught Physical Computing at New York's GreenFab Laboratory, worked as a reporter for the India Today Group and spent his two years at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP), developing inexpensive technologies that promote social change. 

Zoe Fraade-Blanar (CDO) is an interaction designer who has worked for NASA, FINRA and the Thailand Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, and her work in data visualization has been featured on NPR, PBS and in numerous technology publications. 

John Dimatos (COO) comes out of Applied Minds and after completing his recent Resident Researcher position at ITP is now teaching ITP's "Design for UNICEF" class. 

Eric Rosenthal (Senior Scientist) is the inventor of the spectral technologies underlying the Water Canary.  He is an expert in the field of optical engineering whose work has been sponsored by NASA, DARPA, and the Naval Research Lab.

Zach Eveland (Engineer) has extensive experience in optimization engineering and medical prototyping.  He has worked at Scott Laboratories, the Interaction Design Laboratory Potsdam, Studio 5050 and Sparkle Labs.

Sarah Szalavitz (Chief Strategist) is the founder of 7-Robot, a social media consultancy, teaches social design at the MIT Media Lab, and regularly consults for large corporations like Microsoft, Nokia & Hasbro.
